  • I have been using this monitor also. LOVE IT!! It really is worth the money. Don't go cheap, you get what you pay for. This was $80.99 on Amazon with free shipping.
  • In my area, there is a Jenny Craig right next to a Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop. Hysterical!!
  • If you know what you are going to do for your workout (treadmill, gym, videos, etc..), put the excercise in at the beginning of the day and you will have an idea of what you need to eat the rest of the day. Good luck!
  • I think it looks great and if it works for you, then keep it up. I do something similar, but I raise the incline on the slower walking. I can't run up a hill yet, but walking up the hill really helps burn more calories. That might help you turn it up a notch. Good luck!!

  • I usually eat 60 calorie/sugar free pudding cups. They are yummy and just enough for the sweet craving. Also a handful of nuts are good. Also brushing your teeth helps because it makes everything taste terrible :o) Good luck!
