I didn't do good this month as I thought I would. I was on a seasall for sure. I think I am still at the same weight I started at but, I do believe I lost some inches but, I don't know how many.

You and I plus a whole lot of folks are confused about this. I try to do some nuts, yogurt and even reduced fat ice cream to try to bump up my calories at least to 1100 net

That has happened to me as well and it is very disappointing. There was a 6 lb difference. I still use my analog scale.

I don't really know. Back in 2006 I did about 120 mins of cardio 5 days a week burning about 1000 cals a day and ate my points from weight watchers and kept losing weight. 7 months 52 lbs was gone. Im lost on that to right now.

Mines is set to active because although I have a desk job, I am still up walking around alot. I too wear the body bugg and so it's pretty accurate. By midnight I am at 2500 and 2800 on my calorie burn and sometimes more than that.

It's real simple. Burn 500 calories a day 7 days a week and that equals 3500 calories burned a week. Or you can burn 600 a day to reach 3600 for the week amd still have a day off. Or you can do 700 5 days and have to days off.

You maybe doing to much exercise and not enough eating. From my experience, I am very active so I had to cut my cardio workouts down to 3 days a week and those 3 days are the days I come home after work and have nothing to do. I still do strength training 5-6 days a week.

I say from experience, set your goal to 1-1 1/2 cals a week. You will get more cals to eat and then you eat those cals through out your day, exercise and that's it, you dont have to try and eat more. You should eat enough in your day so when you exercise your net at the end of the nite is 1200 so, the answer is yes you should be eating enough which means you may have to eat some back but, do it healthy. There is a lot to consider. Are you Sedetary, are you active, are you very active? If you are very active, you may not need to do cardio everyday, just 30-45min every other day.
