  • At this point, with where I am in my C25K program, I need to stop T25 for the moment. I absolutely cannot do both. I thought I possibly could do T25 in the AM, and my C25K at lunch but 6hours is nowhere enough time for my legs to recover from what T25 does. I am about to finish my fourth week of C25K, and have 4 more weeks…
  • my left arch kills me, but I keep pushing through. Speed 1.0 done for the day (did it this morning). Probably going to do alpha over again because I'm pretty fatigued after 15-17 minutes into the DVD.
  • Alpha Cardio Week 2 day 1. DONE. Immediately following that I did week 4, day 1 of my C25K program. 2.56 miles ran/walked in 34 minutes. According to Fitbit, 570 calories burnt during 59 minutes of exercise. Gotta admit the run was tough following Cardio. As for T25 Cardio, I did more of the modifications. My legs just…
  • T25 Alpha Lower Focus - COMPLETE! C25K Week 3, Day 3 - COMPLETE I don't have anything left in the tank for Alpha Cardio today, so that'll happen tomorrow at some point.
  • Alpha Lower Focus (am) is complete. Got my run in about 2.5 hours, then at 3 or so, the cardio alpha gets plugged in.
  • Today is Cardio and Lower Focus. I probably will split them up into 2 different routines one this morning and one in the afternoon (as I am working from home). I also have Week 3, Day 3 of my C25K run that I'll be doing at lunchtime. So today appears to be one of them 700 calorie exercise days.
  • I got mine online and a certain website. just search, they are out there and mine included Gamma, and all the workout charts and such.
  • I log it just by going off my calories burnt on my fitbit. Accurate? I don't know, but I can figure it out by when I do the exercises. As for today....T25 - Alpha Ab Intervals...may be the worst thing I've ever done.
  • Day 3 - T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit. Another Barely Made It. A lot of the moves were coordination moves, and that's very very much a weak spot. Honestly, it was a bad workout for me. According to my FitBit, I only burned 159 calories in the workout. The plank positions were extremely difficult for me, and I am sure…
  • Speed 1.0 done for week 1. marked barely made it because of the moves and how awkward they were...other than that I handled it pretty well. did it barefoot, and left foot still screaming at me, so it's clear I have some issues in my arch, but as I did when I played sports, will push through it. Hurt is not injured.
  • Didn't get to do Speed 1.0 today yet. Alarm didn't go off, and daughter walked in at 6:20 (too late to do an exercise)...gonna knock this baby out after dinner. 25 minutes. I can manage this. It's what I keep telling myself. No matter the difficulty...it's 25 minutes.
  • didn't think about doing them without shoes! big ups on that.
