1 banana 3 eggs 2 tbsp coconut flour OR choc whey protein 1/4 tsp baking powder dash of cinnamon splah of vanilla Put all in a blender until it's creamy smooth... then make just like regular pancakes! So good.

Yolks. Seriously... why do people skip on this goodness?! Cottage cheese mixed in with scrambled eggs is good!

Stretch very well before and after a run. Wear good shoes. Be careful not to over stride giving more of an impact, and try and land not on your heel but the middle of your foot while running. After a run I use a foam roller on my shins, stretch stretch stretch, take an advil and ice my shins for 15 mins with my feet up.

Boobs are always the first to go... which is fine because there is plenty to spare. Last is my butt!

Have you looked at the ingredients on a jug of almond milk? Not exactly what I would call natural, and my bet is you aren't making your own. If you can tolerate milk, than by all means do so.

Alright... bring on the crazy vegans. I gained weight after deciding to go vegetarian. The first few months I did it I relied much on pasta and I gained 30 pounds in the first 6 months. I soon figured out how to do it the "right" way and got as balanced as I could... but that weight didn't budge for 5 years. I followed…

It's the internet. Don't take it too personally, some people just like to be trolls.

Do you follow Vinnie Tortorich? If not, you should! You would love him! He has a podcast and just came out with a book called Fitness Confidential.

I aim for 100 grams per day (60% of my calories from fat). I eat tons of nuts, cheese, butter, olive and coconut oil, greek yogurt, almond butter, avocado.

Don't worry about the fat, watch the sugar and carbs!

Wine, or gin with water and a twist of lime!

I would just say your calories are way too low, and soon enough you'll burn out from that. Sugars look a little high to me, but again that's just me. Add in an extra salad, snack on veggies and not so much fruit. Add in more healthy fats like nuts.

My go to... 1 cup coconut water handful kale handful spinach handful blueberries a few frozen strawberries 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp hemp seeds Sometimes I add almond butter or add in a banana. If it's going to be my lunch I add in a little more!

If I were you, I would drop the carbs down a little and get more protein. That's what works for me anyway! I aim to keep carbs under 100 grams a day, and completely avoid any white processed grains. I snack on eggs, beef jerky, cheese and nuts to get the protein up. I'm also the type that will think "but I've been eating…

Make sure your breakfast has lots of fat in it, that will help to satiate you throughout the day. I keep plain almonds and beef jerky at my desk for when I feel hungry.

I swear by it, I love my chiro! That said, some days I just have a bad adjustment, other days it makes me feel SO good. I go when I feel like I need an adjustment, but if you are having sciatica issues it's a good idea to stick with a schedule. That is why I started going in the first place, and was going 2-3 times a week…

Was vegetarian for 5 years, recently went back to eating meat a few times a week and feel better for it. I was doing everything the "right way" but I still felt like crap eating vegetarian after a few years. I've switched out the grains and beans for lean protein to get my calories up and it's working much better.

Hard boiled eggs!

I have a few go to breakfast meals... 1.) 3 egg omelette with mushrooms and spinach 2.) 2 sunny side up eggs with 3 pieces of bacon 3.) Smoothie with berries, spinach, kale, milk or coconut water, coconut oil, hemp seeds and nut butter (I will take this to work and sip on it all morning) 4.) Diced apples with 1/2 cup greek…

Drop the sugar and grains, they will cause your insulin to spike.

I have and have been wanting to do it, perhaps I will join in today as well!
