Weekly Goal: 4000 Mon: 650 cal - 1hr pump class Tues: Wed: 620 cal - Tennis 1 1/2 hrs, 250 cal - Gardening Thur: 680 cal - Rpm ( bike) 1 hr Fri: Sat: Sun: So far 2200 cal. I'm happy as I'm not even counting housework light gardening small walks or shopping! :drinker:

I did the body trim system and lost 5 kilos by eating 6 times a day but snacks are to be lean meat around 50 gms. So if your peckish at night grab a slice of ham, it works. :). ( proven to keep your metabolism going)

Eat 6 times a day and maybe make your snacks protein, this will stop any hunger pains and also get your metabolism going! It really works.......
