I just finished my first workout. I might do the kickstart cardio tonight.

I just did level 2 day 2. I hate the ab move where you have to move your hands up your leg. I cannot master it. It just feels ackward. Other than that this week moves pretty fast.

Today is my last day of level one. So far i found it not as hard as 30ds. I am sure that will change in level 2 though.

I am on l 1 d 3 today. How many days is everyone planning on doing each level? I was thinking 7 and take a day off in between but i can't decide. I finished 30 day shred on thursday and started ripped in 30 right away. So far i am liking ripped better. It seems to go faster.

I am on l1d8 today. I am keeping at this since i want to see awesome results like lots of other people had. Day 1 and 2 were rough but it has gotten way easier. Those lateral raises still get me though. I hope in 22 more days to have lost some inches.

I just started on wednesday. I am 5 foot tall and 157. My arms and abs are a little sore but not too bad. I have seen so many good results on here that i had to try it. I can't wait to see what my changes will be in 30 days.
