Add me too! I am a high school special ed math teacher at an alternative school. Not a lot of kids, but lots of work still! I find it so hard to get into a good routine since it gets wrecked during vacations.

I make a lot of freezer meals. I am still working on a list of ones I like that also meet my personal dietary preferences, so it's an ongoing process. But having dinner done in the crockpot or a casserole ready to go into the oven rocks!

You are inspiring! 120 pounds is an achievement of which to be very proud and you most certainly should celebrate your new, active, vital life! Thanks for the encouragement, too, as I will NOT delete the pictures I have taken showing my 'before' stomach. I have been tempted but I think I'll hang onto them now.

Do you respond well to competitions? I've done weight loss challenges at three employers and also a Dietbet. All of them were pretty fun and helped at least some of the participants.

I second the suggestion of swimming. If you're convinced you're going to eat ice cream, log it very first thing in the morning. I'm 5'10" and have worn a size 12 pretty much my entire adult life. However, I've worn those size 12 pants during times I weighed anywhere from 165-190 pounds. At 165, they're pretty loose and I can wear some size 10 pants. At 190, I'm fooling myself that they still fit and they give me a huge muffin top! Maybe it'll help…
