This has been me all week. I've been avoiding logging because I felt like I was obsessing. I stayed off the boards and didn't log for two days. This morning I got on the scale and it showed. I'm still annoyed by it today, but I'm going back today.

for me it varies too. If I'm doing weight training I am usually starving after, but just cardio I am never hungry and I usually end up forcing my self to eat a little something a couple hours later.

I used to be terrified of tall rollercoasters (like top thrill at Cedar Point because I am terrified of falling from really high up) and I said screw it, hopped in line and didn't look back even after the stupid ride broke twice while I was in line.

Don't get discouraged, the salmon or the patato may have had more sodium that what was taken into account and I find that it is hard for me to lose that water witheld for a couple days. When I stayed in an extended stay for 3mo, I had the same cooking facilities. I used to keep the strips of chicken and beef that you add to salads in the fridge along with clementines. Finally feeling good enough to workout again. Got in a long walk after my engagement pictures today. Tomorrow I start back to the hard core workouts.

Well i am finally starting to feel normal again. Tomorrow I am going to get back to working out. Yesterday went over my calorie count, but I figure that I have been pretty good considering since I've been sick and still on my calorie count.

I know mine was really wacky when i changed my diet and cut way way back on carbs. When I started exercising they end quicker. (no complaining about that!)

didn't indulge... thank goodness! I really really wanted ice cream for my throat and my fiance found me lemon ice that was no sugar added and only 60cal. got me exactly what I wanted and kept me well in my calorie count. My fiance is so supportive and I love him for it!

There was a whole other thread about this about a week ago. One thing you have to realize is their 'week' may in fact be up to 17 days from the previous weigh in. Also, they do tell the contestants a lot of the time that if they were in the real world 3lbs lost would be HUGE.... it is all how it is edited together.

Dried cherries.... 180cal for a 1/4 cup!!!!! WHAT???? so sad because I thought I was being healthy. Also went to Johnny Rockets with the fiance last week and ordered what i thought would be a small burger.... 880cal later i wanted to cry!!!
