Happens to me every time. If your weigh in day falls on that point in your cycle it is most likely normal. Used to frustrate me, but in speaking with my doctor, she assured me it was normal to gain up to 3lbs of water weight. I tend to gain it at the end of my cycle.

Starting it December 28th. We don't go big for New Year's and I don't want to wait the extra week. I'm finally getting over my 3rd chest cold in as many months that has been wiping me out. I'm currently at the heaviest I have ever been and feel miserable.

I hope you find a place where you can be happy and depending on your insurance, you might be able to get the skin removal surgery covered. At least partially. Good luck with the surgery and I hope you and your dad have a speedy recovery.

117 today, but my longest is well over 200. I was nearly to 300 back in April, but when my father in law died I missed a day and then when my grandfather passed 3 weeks later I lost another day. Took me a while to get back in the swing, but I'm back and not talking about it much. Just lying low.
