Over 2 days of crazy eating, I gained 2 lbs as of this morning. Probably could have been worse because I didn't weigh all last week. I usually check every morning before my shower.

I want to lose 20-25lbs, firm up for my best friend's wedding in September (we are most likely wearing strapless gowns and I want killer arms!) There are other goals, but I don't want to jinx myself just yet.

yup, I am logging, may not log everything, but I love my family this year for picking really healthy options (I am shocked but we've also had a lot of health scares in my extended family this year) So maybe won't skip anything. I am going to work out too.

I totally feel this way. I found that even on rest days, if I just get up and going for a walk around the mall or something (keeps me away from food because I don't care for mall food anymore) It isn't really exercise but it is moving.

Out of curiousity are you also checking your sodium intake? There is so much sodium in everything. I have taken to not added sodium whenever possible.
