Bundle up and take a walk. I know it is cold (I live in northern ohio) and layers are key. I have to do this when I go to my inlaws because I can't stand sitting still. Good luck. You could also go to your room and do easy calestenics. Just so you are doing something.

I have heard that boxing is great when you have a lower body injury but I would consult your doctor.

I find that my skin stays pretty clear when i use the Murad acne system. Also I try to keep my sugar intake low (I, like you, LOVE sugar.) Salty foods not so much. Processed carbs make it worse too. Lots of water and during the summer when i would spend time outside getting some vitamin D I would clear up within days.

I usually log it as high. low impact is more when you are self paced kind of thing with a heck of a lot less jumping!. I would suggest if you have the money get a heart rate monitor. It takes time. I still struggle doing all the reps in the dvds I was doing most of the summer before taking a four month hiatus. I start out pausing until I can go again and try to pause it less and less. I might miss a rep or two when I get deeper in but I just keep pushing through. It is tough but so are you!

I tried the entering before eating and failed miserably. I get to work and my bosses all love to freakin' bake and it has been like a giant stream of yumminess. I hate that they all can cook!

I have been having such a hard time with this! I try to keep a piece of fruit or a veggie nearby to snack on instead. but the cookies are calling me! the 26th they better all be freakin' GONE! I am purging the house.

At 5'3" and 28 I should ideally weigh 133. I would like to be 125-130. I think that this is achievable but I need to get to the 133 first. I got close this summer and I will get there before my first wedding anniversary.
