I love my fitbit because I clip it to my bra and no one even knows. Goes with everything! ;) I like the Striiv's challenges and games, but at the end of the day it was impractical for me to wear.

Oh, I'm with you. My seven pounds don't look like much since I have so much to lose, but I'm damn proud of them! I'm thinking people won't notice, until I'm at least 25-30 pounds down. Except my husband of course! Plus, this time I am doing it for myself.

I pay no attention to the sugar. If I was eating a Snickers for breakfast that would be one thing, but I like to have a banana for breakfast! I did not get fat from a banana a day! =)

I can definitely relate. I need to lose like 80 pounds to be at goal. Think it's doable before another round of Christmas pictures? Ha! I figure this time I will hang in there and next year I am going to rock!!! Good luck!

Do you walk or jog? I like the lolo app that you tell it duration, walk/job/combo, etc. and it creates a different interval workout each time. It says you can use it to walk outside, but I just use it at the gym on the treadmill.

I just finished Level One for the first time. I can't believe I did it!! I have sweat running into my ears!! I am counting on the people who have finished day 5, 6, and 7 who are saying it gets easier to be telling the truth!! =)

For me I get inspiration, guidance, and a few laughs! I guess it would only get to be a problem if you were logging in instead of spending time with people in your life! Plus, you can't log about exercising if you don't go out an exercise! Good luck!

I take it off when I do zumba or work out on the machines. I just throw it in my gym bag when I change and put it back on before I leave. May not be the "but way" but works for me.

I don't take any. I did try some in my younger days, but nothing ever worked. I notice they all say "along with diet and exercise"! So, I just diet and exercise and save my cash!

It's chilly where I am at. If it is where you live, sip on a cup of hot tea or even just hot water with lemon (yes, I know the "just water" sounds weird!). Keeps my hands and my mouth busy and hydrates at the same time!! There is always air popped popcorn in a pinch!

Right now I am wearing basic clothes, and dressing them up with a fun necklace or cute mani! I hate spending money on clothes right now. Saving the cash for shopping at the mid-way point and at the end! Or, maybe new workout clothes!!
