everything looks great best thing i found great treat fudgepops only 40 calories for two not big on sweet but it hits the spot they don't taste gross i hate stuff that has that nasty after taste nature's own wheat bread great 50 calories per slice

omg did he call her a sissy ??? i have 3 kids and a husband that works outside cleaning up after them and running after my 18 month old is not what i would call sissy work just add to it more we move the more we lose

i do it too but my scale plays tricks i can get on it and it says one thing step back on it says something else decided to weigh in at gym i think i will buy a new scale weigh once a week at home put my scale in the trunk of my car lol

i think the worst thing about me is i've never been a AM eater if i try to early i get sick. now i'm trying to have like a yogurt a while after i've been up but sometimes i don't know what to eat so i won't eat at all. best thing i did was give up pepsi and no it wasnt easy and no i didnt lose a ton of weight doing it
