I'm from West London - been on here 105 days and lost 10.5 lbs so far. Loving how easy this site makes it not only to lose weight but to log exercise - I have gone from couch potato to exercising every single day.

I log everything - if I don't I'm only lying to myself and I want to lose weight. Its been a while since I went over my daily cals and if I know I am having a treat (not a cheat) I build it into my day - whilst I am on a diet I am also a normal person living a normal life and this has to fit my life more than the other way…

Keep an eye on your net calories - if you only eat 1000 cals a day and then burn 300 in exercise you are actually providing your body with 700 cals to survive on which is not enough. Fromage Frais also has a high protein content - the one I eat has 12g protein per 150 grammes compared to 15 in greek yoghurt and then I add pumpkin seeds which gives me another 7g of protein for 20 g of seeds. Yummy brekkie :-)

Wow you have to wait a year - I only have to wait 4 months from tattoo to being able to donate again. I schedule my tattoos around my donating schedule - if I am getting a new one it is done within days of a donation so I don't miss more than one scheduled donation. Last tat 1st March, next donation 1st August.
