Thanks for the reply vixipixi, I really honestly don't have a "thing" as of yet. I do know that I like to walk and long ago I lost a lot of weight just by walking and dieting. I think the kick boxing thing would be fun not sure if I am in enough shape for that yet. But who knows, maybe later when I am in better shape. Good…
