It's an awesome DVD! There is some jumping (jumping jacks & butt kicks), but you could always substitute something else and still get cardio. I have done the DVD probably 3 times now and every time have awesome success on it. I just started it up actually and so far this week. Last time I lost about 20 pounds on it.

Honestly, I pull out my pocket mirror and take a good look. Giving into all those temptations is what got me here today. Everytime I look in that mirror, it reminds me why I am doing this. Good luck!
