I agree with what you said I could loose at 1200 took my cal up to 1500 and now I am loosing every day. Your body needs food to loose good food type it and you may find a big difference.

I was like you and I found out that I was not eating enough now I am eating around 1500 and loosing 200 to 400 grams a day. I also found that my body type is mixed and needed to eat more protein and only 2 carbs at each meal, I believe that you have to find what works for your body and go with it. Hope this helps…
