I'm on the second week, but I'm in love<3 No joke, the best workout I've ever had! Edit: as for it being hard on your knees, I've heard that but I use the jump mat that it comes with, so I've had no problems!

The only reason I ask is because I used to have one (i have wide hips, my legs still had muscle and i was by no means super skinny) but when I gained weight I lost it...which kind of bugs me :p

Healthy weight ranges are quite large so it's understandable if she still wants to lose. I'm in the healthy range, the middle of it, but I'd like to be on the lower end of it. How much are you exercising?

YES! I had a plateau that lasted almost a month, but it ended on it's own :)

Lol I just love Nike...I don't where anything else to workout in (unless it's like a t-shirt or a hoodie, Although I do have Nike tees and hoodies xD) I don't know why, I just love there stuff, and if it's obvioulsy Nike, i.e. giant swoosh, I don't mind, in fact I tend to like it more. I think I may be strange, :)
