this is essentially starving yourself. It doesnt matter if you have a little chicken or peanut butter. its not a matter of getting tired of the diet. It's extremely dangerous! And no. Trust me, you dont want an eating disorder. and it's really ignorant to even think that

I think I may up my calories these last 2 weeks(not eating back exercise calories) and see what happens. Im starting round 2 right after, so it it doesnt work ill switch it up again. Im working with my beach body coach about this problem(he's awesome and I recommend that anyone not happy with their coach, switch to him).…

I'm 5'9". It is mostly in my thighs and stomach, but I do a lot of ab work in Insanity!

Thanks! But it's just so frustrating not to have numeric progress! Especially measurements! And I've been doing better on my fats!

on average i get about 25 cups of water a day, so i dont think its tht. I also upped my calories at month 2 and i eat back about half of my exercise calories...so im pretty sure i eat enough.

awkward...I shaved my head 2 years ago for st. baldricks foundation. I was at my heaviest but I still thought I looked damn good. So i win... :D
