When i first started "dieting", i did the whole 1200/day thing bc i didnt know any better. I have a desk job but I also work out including weights so now I eat around 1650-1700 a day to lose. And I'm 5'3" :) Works just fine for me! :drinker:

i currently have the ultra and i really like it. i wear it every single day and cant wait to sync it at night. ill be getting the flex when it comes out and i like that it will sync with my phone automatically so i wont have to wait until the nighttime to see my stats.

Glad you realized youre just being silly. Assuming you've been staying even halfway on track, you know you are fine. We all have panic days once in a while. Just breath and move on with your life. :) Keep your chin up. :flowerforyou:

same thing has happened to me the past couple of days.. i thought it was bc i got a replacement fitbit a couple days ago so i unlinked the accts and now i cant find where to link them back together! _____________________ **UPDATE** after unlinking, i relinked my accts together and my adjustment shows up!!! hope this helps…

i put fresh fruit in like pineapples or apples and i add some granola to it.. i never need to add (even fake) sugar to it. :)

while drinking ice cold water increases your metabolism, its such a tiny amount. that its hardly worth noting. one thing about water is that if you dont drink enough water, you're body will actually retain more water. i carry a water bottle with me everywhere i go. i drink a glass before each meal too.

i'm cheap so personally, I would measure in a measuring cup, put in a reg cup and make a line with a permanet marker or some sort of design/marker on it. why spend the $ when you can make it yourself? :P

I dont have a cheat day but I do have a cheat meal on occasion. I keep it within my calories and dont "over-indulge". If I keep myself too restricted all the time, thats when i want to go crazy on food. But allowing myself that not-so-healthy food once in a while, I can keep my temptations in check. Has worked for me thus…

ive only tried it one way - after i cook it, i let it sit overnight in the fridge and i use it in my greek yogurt with some fruit.. not bad.. not loving it.. but i def want to try some of these other ideas posted here. :)

i never want to see anything close to the 200s again.. i was over 200 lbs at one point.. not good let alone someone thats 5'3" with knee problems. im finally out of the 170s and honestly it scares the poop out of me to end up back there.. im busting my butt to try to get further away from that number everyday.

i do it everyday at the same time. i understand why some ppl only do it once a week but i like just knowing how/where im starting my day. :)

moderation for sure. i cant stay away from it so i just limit myself. if i stay completely away from it, i will end up overindulging on it sooner or later.
