I did a 5k park run this morning. There was absolutely torrential rain the whole way around the course so I'm not sure what time I did. We'll get an email sent out in a little while with our time.

Well done on the marathon! That's brilliant!

Did my first official race this morning- an urban trails 5k. Felt very official with the bib on me. We got lost in the forest at one stage as the flags just seemed to stop but other than that it was brilliant. My dog was allowed to do it also and we came in at just over 35 mins so I'm thrilled with it. She's come on so…

Thank you! We were faster again today so we're flying.

Thanks for that! I'm delighted that I'm getting a bit faster as it feels like it's taking me forever to get a little faster

Did my fastest km ever yesterday. Sill probably very slow in comparison to the majority of runners but it felt great.

I hate that! I run with my dog and she's always on a lead beside me and when we were running this evening a dog off his lead tried to launch at her and bite her and the owner was so dismissive. The dog actually came at her again and this time I lost my cool and yelled at the owner to take him away from my dog. It annoys me…

I'm the same- 5ft 4 and want to lose 60 pounds

I started running last year and have completed about six 5k parkrun so far. Still not in love with it and find it difficult but I'm hoping that if I lose weight it will get easier. I run with my retriever also so that makes it a bit more fun,

You're waist is teeny tiny! Are you doing much exercise?

Well done on that huge weightloss!! That's brilliant
-
Well done- that's a huge amount! I'll add you!

We have timed 5km parkrun every Saturday so I do those when I'm not working. My time is always about 38 mins and my pb has been 35.09. Im finding it really hard to increase my speed. My dog does them with me which does slow me down a little as she always has to pee and she tries to lie in every bit of muck but she is…

Myself and my dog just did a 5k trail run. We've signed up for a trail race the middle of April so I'm really looking forward to it.

Thanks everyone! And thanks queenmunchy for the recipes- will def try making them
-
They sound so tasty.

Never thought of freezing burritos- do you freeze the chicken/veg etc all in the wrap?
-
Will have to bring in wraps sometimes- that sounds good,

Thanks so much everyone for your ideas. Have just boiled some eggs and have bought some chicken so hopefully that will keep me full for a bit longer.

Best of luck on your journey. The first few days are the hardest. You're lucky to have a supportive fiancé as if you're like me having the support helps.

Usually I get a lunch break sometime between 2 and 3. Breakfast is usually porridge at about 8.30 am. I do have access to a fridge and a microwave. I'll try adding some chicken to my salad. I find that because I'm so hungry when I finish work that I ruin my healthy eating as I raid the presses when I get home!

Wow you look amazing! Well done!
-
I'm just getting going with running so I'm planning on doing 45km this month. Have completed five of these already

Hi, I joined years ago but have only started using it properly in the past few days.

You look amazing. And look how skinny your legs look now. Fab!
-
That's an amazing transformation. Well done

I love olives and they're so good on pizza. I prefer black to green but I'll eat either
