  • I have RA too. Diagnosed in Sept. The Prednisone & inability to move due to pain has made me gain 30 lbs since then. 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in addition. Some days it hurts to walk, but I need to try & keep on keepin' on as they say. Glad to know I'm not alone on this site w/ this stuff.

  • Hi. I just joined today. I have RA & FMS. Gained 30 lbs in the last 5 months due to prednisone to treat the RA. I hope I can lose the weight I gained. Some days (like today) it hurts to move. So I worry about a lack of exercise. Any suggestions/support would be awesome.
