Ive been tryin to do the same thing. I upped my calories to just about 3000 a day and hit the weights pretty hard. Ive only been at it a couple weeks.

I'm after the same thing but I have trouble eating enough. Im sure I could gain weight if I went to McDonalds but I don't eat junk food so its hard for me to eat enough healthy food. As far as the creatine goes, I think it's pretty safe. There's tons of info on the net. Gotta eat big to get big right? I just keep telling…
