Thanks you for posting this!!!! I started insanity this week. I'm on my sixth day. I thought I was fit enough to do it, with going to the gy and all.... I can finish the workouts, but by the end I'm dying!!! :) thanks again, this will help me stay committed!!!

Change up your exercise routines to confuse your body. I didn't think this could work, I was stuck at 118 for months, but as soon I changed my workout routines, guess what.... I'm down to 114!!!!

Hahahaha, last time I went to taco bell and got the fresco chicken burrito and they gave me the XXXL chicken burrito!!!!!! I didn't know until I got home and was half way done with it!!!!!! -.-

I am 5'1" and currently weigh 112, my goal was 110, I used to weigh 134. I kinda want to get down to 110 now, and loose all of my belly fat.

Yes,like i said, last week i ate anything and everything I wanted. The end result was me feeling stuffed like if I was in a food comma, regret and the next day nausea. This past week I felt exactly like this!!!! I ate ice cream and chips and idk what else, well the end result was regret and the next day disgust. I'm thinking of maybe a cheat meal or eating whatever I want but meeting my calorie goals.

I have this same problem. I do not get thirsty all day, the only I drink is a cup of coffee in the morning and maybe a sip of water at lunch n dinner and I'm good. Lately, I've been buying low calorie drink mix, and have been drinking about 2-4 cups of water. It seems to help me, maybe I just don't like the taste of water.…
