  • I downloaded "Sparks Recipe" for my iPhone and it has tons of great low-cal recipes. I am cheating but trying to stay lower. I am making baked mozzarella sticks, baked boneless chicken strips, hummus, mini taco cups, and a fruit and veggie tray! I was think about turkey wraps also....
  • The Biggest Loser Game is really great and intense. Definitely break a sweat. Another thing I do with the Wii Fit is the running or step and then just time it for thirty minutes. Then I switch to my television and just watch tv and run or step in place.
