Welcome to insanity!! I just started Monday. I'm so unbelievably sore today so I'm going to have to really dig deeper today. As for the meal plan, I don't follow it at all. I just watch my calories and try to eat healthy. Good luck to you!!

Here are my numbers: Switch kicks: 85 Power jacks: 40 Power knees: 70 Power jumps: 23 Globe jumps: 6 Suicide jumps: 12 Push up jacks: 18 Low plank obliques: 48 I'm all about us all motivating each other! I think with insanity, we could all use it. :)

I started today! I got up early to do the Fit Test. I think I may try to double up on exercise some days by going to the gym too. Hopefully that will help accelerate the fat loss.

Currently lifting 2-3 days a week but thinking about upping it to 4 because I really want to tone up and reshape my body. I do cardio 4-5 days a week depending on my schedule.
