Food- eggs (great low cal/low carb breakfast and quick to scramble in the microwave) Exercise-runing. I've never liked running until now, I think it's because all I need are shoes and 30 minutes....and my kids can't come with :)

Running on the treadmill is WAY different that running outside. When you do your run outside focus on keeping slow and steady. I have ran the whole thing outside and each days different weather affects me too.

I just did week 5 day 1 today and was shocked how barely out of breath I felt after each 5 minute interval. This is a great program as at the beginning I was out of breath after 30 seconds. I feel awesome!

I also hate almost all greek yogurt....except the Greek God's honey yogurt. It tastes like cheesecake. Alot more calories than other brands, but it is SO good.

I started at 215 wearing an 18. Last weeks weigh in I was 205 wearing a 16. I am on day 1 of week 4 and was really worried about doing the 5 minute run. When I finished it I almost cried not because I was tired, or hurting...it was because I was PROUD!

I'm just starting and have lost 5 pounds my first week (shows how much I gorged myself before since i lost some pounds so fast). Hope I have the staying power like you have. Great job!
