What worked for me is buying fit flop trainers and taking an ibuprofen in the morning and stretching my feet before i started! The UK Channel 4 tv series called BodyShock was very interesting... and horrifying... My Birthday goal (october) is to wear a Get Cutie dress... in a size 20 (Uk 18)... I am saving up and slimming down...
