  • I'm in the same boat as pretty much all of yall. I just turned 26 and have 2 small children. I would like to lose 30 lbs by late May or so. I just started MFP a few days ago and it has really opened my eyes to what I have been eating. Its going to be a strugle for me and I'm looking for any advice I can get. :)
