Welcome! I too have at least 100 lbs to lose! I am on the way. I just recently started exercising. We can take our journey together! I love the jar idea and am going to do that this weekend! I have only lost 7lbs but at least I am not carrying out THAT 7lbs any longer!!!!!!!!!

I have been doing mine, I am on day 2. I love it so far! Believe me, it is TOUGH! But that is because I haven't moved my body in years! With the jumping jacks and having a bad knee, I typically can't do all that the trainers do BUT I keep moving if I can't keep jumping and that is working for now. I am going to keep at it…

I have replaced my 2 cups in the morning coffee routine with fresh squeezed 1/2 lemon in 24 oz of water with 2 splenda packets. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Doing this was easy and I had no cravings for coffee and no side effects :)

The first time I did the low carb/no carb, I was on it for 1.5 years and then I got totally lazy and lax!!!!!!!!!! I am back on it now and have been low (less than 20 grams per day) for 1 week. :) Good luck!!!

Good luck! I am also a cancer survivor. I am doing the low carb eating to kick start myself off and it appears to be working. I also just started Jillian Micheal's 30 day shed! I think if you dont' eat fast food, stop eating when you are full and MOVE, you lose weight :) Good luck!
