Please be VERY careful with hormone replacement therapies. Especially if you have a history in your family of breast cancer. I am in menopause and suffering hot flashes and the such but would rather do that than deal with chemo and radiation and surgery AGAIN!

When I do the low carbs, the physician I received my diet from stated you should have a beef or chicken boulon cube each day, dissolved in a cup of hot water and believe it or not, it REALLY helps with the headaches. I typically do mine around 3pm as an afternoon snack. I have only done the chicken :) I hope this helps!

Day 5 for me! Whew! It still bothers my knee but I just modify as needed. Hang in there!

I am day 4. I find it is a great workout and you do work it out BUT I have a very arthritic left knee and I find it kills my knee! I am hoping it gets better with time but the jumping jacks and the butt kicks really bother my knee so I improvise that part. I also swim a couple of times a week. Good luck and stay focused!…

Congrats on the quit smoking! I know how tough that is. Try keeping your TOTAL carbs (no net carbs) to 25 or under a day for a week or so and see if that makes a difference. I do that and tend to get back on the losing track. My friends nutritionist said to eat no more than 20 carbs per meal. You may want to try that but…
