I eat the same lunch monday through friday. I pre-log it and then i only have to worry about two meals. Like a lot of people have said, I also will log things before I eat them, if its putting me over then I wont have it...sometimes, The second cupcake made me eat is last night lol

Yes and no. It depends on the type you are looking at taking but just remember you can't out train a bad diet. Eating crap and not working out, no pill can fix that.

^^ This guy is right. Also try eating a protein rich breakfast. Eating protein at every meal will help you stay full.

I agree with teamryan90. My nutritionist and PT would kill me if I pulled a stunt like that. You're going to spike your blood sugar with fruit, then go work out, and then eat? What type of foods are you eating? The quality of your food plays a big role in weight loss. So happy to find a paleo group. I know I use to live off fruit. I was pretty much eating backwards. I'd have veggies maybe twice a day and fruit maybe even up to 5 times. Now not to much. Now it's more carrots, celery and cucumber. It is a good way to transition though. Fruit is better then baked sweets.
