It is the best workout ever! Make sure you have GOOD shoes though. I did one cycle and started another and found out I have a nasty heel spur. Good luck! I'll be starting again as soon as I get my foot taken care of!

It could be the type of clothing also. I am 179 pounds right now and I usually wear a 14. However, I do have a few pairs of dress pants that are a size 16. Great job losing 15 pounds so far and good luck getting to your goal in December!

I think the general consensus is the first round of the Push Phase (week 4) and burn between 180 - 225 calories for the strength training workouts and burn between 350 - 400 calories with burn intervals and about 350 with burn it off.
