Since I work out in a gym all week before work, I use the weekend to walk around my neighborhood. I cut grass and do chores while also wearing my pedometer so I know I'm getting steps in. All you need to do is be conscience of your calories and there are healthy alternatives for your meals. Wear a pedometer while doing house or yard work. It is amazing how many steps you can add to your exercise log at the end of the day.

Have I got some news for you! You can have your ice cream and lose weight too. I purchased some Edy's Slow Churned Rich and Creamy No Sugar Added Vanilla with 1/2 the fat. It has 1/3 fewer calories than regular ice cream. A 1/2 cup serving is 90 Calories. I use my cookie scoop which is much smaller than an ice cream scoop.…

Hi! I just started my journey on April 1, 2009 and I'm really looking forward to getting in shape again. Maybe we can encourage each other. I'm trying to work out at least 4 days a week and really love logging my food intake. This program is awsome because you get immediate feedback.
