HI. I have a book that says juice vegetables but eat fruit - apart from adding apple to make some juices more palatable. Crapple base is good for most things, tried to juice kale and it was very difficult. I'm keen to do more juicing though and looking out for recipies that actually taste nice.

Hold your tummy in whenever you can. If you are driving practice pulling it in and out, when you are at the bus stop pull it in and do pelvic tilts, Non-one will notice if you have a coat on - obviously not in this weather

I had a 2 week break it helped a lot, I still lost a pound or two, didnt exercise but I didnt obsess about every calorie and just ate sensibly with no snacks.

Yes, when I went to a health farm the trainer told me to hang a dress I wanted to look good in, on the wardrobe door and look at it every day to remind me of my goal. I have a very little black dress- and I stopped hanging it on the door and forgot my goal. THANK YOU for reminding me, I'm going to dig out the dress at once…

I think the answer is do the measurements. I didnt and I spent a week of eating less than my 1200 calories and still weigh the same so i know how you feel. I had a night off the diet yesterday because i was so fed up. But next week will start afresh and will try and do more exercise to burn off some bloody fat.:happy:
