id like to know how to add these style workouts to this fitness tool. my strength workouts show up with no calorie loss added.

i started this 6 days ago. im already seeing results. i have gym ratted it before and done vigorous cycling etc and not seen these results. it helps too with fitness pal i have been tracking calories and almost stopped snacking. the only thing better then this was actually being in bootcamp in the service.
