That's potentially dangerous. Take a rest day if you need it - you might end up hurting yourself.

I'll stop being mean when people stop wrongly interfering with the health of others. Learn your s**t before you preach it.

I tend to overshoot my calories by a little so that those little things like spices, vitamins, coffee, etc are technically accounted for.

@Bastien 9.5! (:

This has almost no truth at all. A calorie is a calorie, a carb is a carb. Unless you've already eaten all of your calories/carbs/whatever, it does not matter what time you eat it. I'm very tired of seeing this misconception. Your body can't differenciate the calorie you ate at 7 AM from the one you ate at 9 PM.

I actually run 6/7 nights a week, but running, for a great percentage of people actually PROMOTES weight gain. You'd be better off just doing some cardio and strength training.

Nice job! Twenty pounds is great, and I love those little non-scale victories! Keep it going!
-
I bet you lost even more weight than that, and gained muscle! Hoo-rah!

My waist/sides. There used to be rolls and it would make me uncomfortable when people would put their hands around my waist - but now there are no rolls! This is the same for my back! A lot later on I started seeing results in my stomach, and just recently in my arms.

You burn about 500 more calories in the day if you do 5 minutes of intense cardio as soon as you wake up. (:

Hey, I'm 208 lbs, and started running yesterday. It was a great desicion and I don't regret it whatsoever! I ran a mile in twelve minutes! To be honest, I didn't run the entire time, but I still got there! Just keep in mind that before and after running you should stretch for 10-15 minutes, or else you'll be unbearably…
