What's your favorite fitness program?
I work out with two other people usually, and one of them is going away for July. I figured that while she was gone, we would just do a (few?) fitness program(s) like 30DS or Insanity. What fitness program do you like the best, or has worked most effectively?

Why do I not lose weight?
My reccomended caloric intake is 1200, but usually, I barely break 1000. And I exercise anywhere from 300-500 calories each day. Extreme Soreness?
Yesterday, I started running again. It was only a mile, but I still felt accomplished. I've also been doing vigorous sit ups every day, and miscellenious cardio. At the end of each work out, I do yoga to stretch and cool down. Today I woke up and my abs were so sore that I could only do about half as much as I usually do.…

Anyone starting from around 230-250?
I just feel like I'm the only one who is starting from such a high number. Is anyone else in the 200's? I'd love to be able to talk, share, and support each other through our weight loss! Just so you know, I'm 5'9" and 236 lbs. (: -Gabby
