  • AMEN! All these posts are irritating me as well. Food is not a treat! Junk food is not an essential part of childhood! Also, if you are offended by the OP question is because deep down you feel guilty for feeding your kids trash.
  • I was wheezing after this workout but I definitely like it better than cardio 1 it’s easier to push through 30 sec than a min, hopefully Saturday I will be able to handle this better, I'm enjoying phase 2 so far...
  • Running man makes a come back oh no! Also, almost cried during that ab super set but didn't hate the work out.
  • Has anyone else noticed how LOW Omar's shorts hang lol and also David looks funny doing running man.

  • Hello, my name is Ana and I am 26 years old, am 5' 1 and weigh 151 lbs. I've been overweight ever since I can remember. In the summer I completed phase 1 of BR and lost 5 lbs but then lost motivation so I am restarting the program today. Good luck all :)
