  • I too am 5"8 and 147 pounds... It's easy to get to 140 but going beyond that is hard. That's usually when I counting calories and gain it back!
  • Parmesan cheese... You can also order a peanut butter powder online and mix it with water and it takes a lot of fat out... Grapes and low fat cheese are also great
