I agree with everyone else....as long as it's within your daily goal, then go for it! If you are like me, the minute you tell me I can't have something, I will want it even more! I'm eating everyday food that I enjoy and yet still losing weight. Good luck on your journey!

It can take a few days to kick in and then a couple of days to get it all out of your system after eating really badly. That happens to me when I go visit family and over indulge several days in a row. My stomach is a mess for up to 4 days sometimes before I start feeling back to normal!

I like them best baked with just a little butter on them...but I love them so many otherways also. As a diabetic, they don't shoot my sugars through the roof like a regular potato does....so that is one healthy benefit.

I've lost 62 lbs so far, and I took all my clothes to a seamstress here in my town and for around $30-$40 she took them all in and it was like having a new wardrobe. I think I'm about ready to take them to her again to take them in a little more.
