I just enjoy them sometimes and it has less fat and calories. It is my opinion. You do not have to use them. I just find them convenient sometimes. I like The new V8 or Special K ones but don't need it all the time.

I have done this workout before and one time I did track the calories burn with a calorie counter device. There is not a lot of movement so the calories did not calculate high. I do. I usually eat the Fiber One brownies. Sometimes I eat a few Chips Ahoy or a couple of Kisses. It is not to hard to fit something like that into my daily budget and it keeps me from feeling deprived.

I just taste it. I take a few small bites and put it away. I usually do not need much more than that. I track it and move on. I don't need to eat the whole serving or finish my 4 year old daughter's snack.

I am losing fine while drinking them. I usually have one for breakfast and one after a workout. Often, I mix it with a banana, low fat milk and ice. I find that I am fuller when I have them so that helps with weight loss.

I like EAS Myoplex the best. It is 100% whey protein. The product said improved flavor. I have only tried the Vanilla but mixing it with almond milk was really good. I like the salad dressings. I can have a big salad for hardly any calories! Most of the ingredients are seasonings and vinegar. It does also have Splenda but I don't exclude that in my diet.

I have been snacking a lot on fruits and veggies throughout the day. It sounds pretty basic but even when I feel like I am constantly eating the calories goes up so slowly. I try to keep other meals and snacks low calorie too. The scale seems to be moving in the right direction by doing this. :)

I would like to know this too. I had stomach issues yesterday and over a week ago I also had problems. I did go over my calories for the day because later on I was feeling better and hungry. I am having trouble staying below the maximum fat level too. Things like eggs, peanut butter and Olivio bring the level way up for me. I am glad it won't hurt me. It seems better than the fat I would get from BK. I have been losing the recommended pound a week. I am also starting to feel a noticeable difference in my pants.

I did that plan for a little bit before starting this one for free. However, weight watchers would give no points for eating 2 bananas but 5 points for eating 3 chip ahoy cookies. Yes I hate wasting calories if it don.t taste good. I have gotten fussy with fruit. If it is hard or not very sweet it is a letdown and I think about if I want to spend the calories on it. In the past I would have eaten it because it was fruit.

Thanks for posting this. I just made an Italian version of the tofu added ones but I cooked the noodles in a wok. I added a bunch of seasoning, sauce and Romano cheese to it. I think it is a great alternative. It is not the exact thing but for 40 calories a bag I could definitely use it more often.
