I second the Tanita. GrabOne had a deal with NZ Muscle back in September, so bought a scale through them. I have found the scale to be consistent and I love knowing my body fat. My 20th high school reunion is this summer. There is no way I can be (or want to be) the 93 lbs I weighed when I graduated, but I would like to be fit for the first time ever. I would like to lose about 5 lbs, but would much rather lose inches from my waist and thighs.
