I didn't read all the other responses, but I personally don't lose any weight for at least 6 weeks, then my body starts to compound the good behaviors and I lose a little easier/faster in the next weeks. Well I told myself I would only weigh in on Mondays but if I had a good week then I might weigh in more! If I had a bad week then I behave really well and might get on once more to make sure I'm going in the right direction.

I'm brand new here. I'd love to be friends with all of you but haven't quite figured my way around yet. I've gone to see a Registered Dietitian and she gave me a couple tips that have really worked for me. I'd love to share them with you.
