  • I stuff portabello caps with it. I mix it with cumin, corn and feta cheese. scrape the mushroom fins out, fill with the mixture and bake for about 15 minutes. So good!. I use quinoa in place of any rice. I also like to eat it with parmasean cheese.So good for you! High protein grain.
  • I am also on a 1200 calorie a day, low carb and high protein. It is enough for me. I can do this easily with about 45 mins to an hour exercise.   • Ladies, I was surprised when they measured me and told me my band size went down but my cup went up. Had a 38C and now a 36D. Get someone to measure you in a shop. I buy more undergarments then jeans in a year.
