I went to mark my box for yesterdays activity and I can't find my name on the spreadsheet anymore. What did I do? Can I re-add my water intake for last week and do this weeks challenge?

After years of pain, discomfort and lots of annoying comments I had breast reduction surgery. They went from a sagging DDD to a nice comfortable C. I now enjoy clothes shopping and I can run without fear of major back pain. But until I could have that done I bought the best bras possible. Definitely worth the investment!!

A couple of summers ago I did the 30DS and worked through to day 5 and then the soreness went away. It was so bad that sitting down was painful and getting up worse. Seems easy enough when you are doing it - but really need to be careful that you are doing it properly. I found my squats and lunges were getting sloppy…
