I still count any that I eat. They still have calories and that is what is important. If I didn't count the calories from my all fruit smoother a day or two ago, that would have been over 100 calories not accounted for. It will add up over time.

If I only ate the 1,250 calories MFP has calculated as my goal, then burned 500 from breastfeeding and 500 from working out, which is my goal each day, I would be living on 250 calories. There is no way that is healthy. I tried not eating them back but was constantly hungry. Today I'm trying something new. I entered in the…

I stay home with my 3 boys (7y, 4.5y, 6m) and three dogs. I find it very hard to find workout time being home all the time with all these wild ones while my hudband is overseas. I have to fit in little exercises all over the place. Like right now I want to hop on the elliptical but the middle one is yelling at me from bed.

You may not get back down to 105 if your muscle mass is greater than it was before. I also agree that you need to give more calories a try. I've seen a lot of comments on different…

Hi. My name is Sytera. I'm 27. Our boys are 7y, 4.5y, and 6 months tomorrow. I've been either pregnant or breastfeeding for over 7 years. I exclusively breastfeed for the first year and co-sleep, well, my 4.5 year old still sleeps in our bed. I am below my prepregnancy weight but still have some fat to tone back down. My…

From the sound of it, you mean that you dropped 40 lbs since the morning you were last pregnant. A lot of that was obviously baby, placenta, etc. A lot of the rest was extra blood & water weight. You may still have some fat, too, as fat weighs less than muscle. My third is 6 months old and exclusively breastfed. I've lost…
