Thank you for this. It is very informative and I do think Im eating too little. I was thinking 1200 was too low, but I went with it anyways. I noticed that I was tired and hungry a lot. I've been trying to up my calories. Im not changing my workout routine cuz it actually energizes me so now I just got to up my calories…
