Due to some issues with my hip popping out and not wanting to go back into place, I've not been able to do anything for almost a week now. I can tell I've not done anything because I feel sluggish, so hopefully in the next day or two I will be able to get back on track.

I have arhtritis in my back, knees, hands and neck so doing some exercises makes it hard to enjoy them. Although I don't have a scale, I am going to the doctor next week and will have them weigh me there and at the end of the month I will buy a scale so I can check at least once a week on my progress.
