I hate those terms, too. The part that bothers me is that unless you go to someone who actually does the pinch test, BMI charts don't take into consideration bone structure or your muscle density.

I'm 6'0 and started at 275lbs about a year ago. I lost 30 lbs last spring and just got lazy and stopped working at it. I've maintained the 245 since then, but I'm finally motivated to actually do this! Good luck to you all!
